Delivery costs:

Monday-Saturday 11am-7pm. For deliveries on Sundays please contact us, as restrictions apply. Other temporary restrictions are specified at the moment you place the order.

For events and holidays, special days like Mother's Day, Valentine's Day please place your order at least 48 HOURS before, to insure the service. We DO NOT guarantee specific delivery times for these dates.


All orders have to be fully prepaid (item cost, additional items costs and delivery fees). CC payments are processed via Paypal, a safe way to pay online. You do not need a previous Paypal account. For your own financial safety we DON NOT accept CC payments over the phone. We DO NOT request your CC details over email. When paying online via Paypal, remember to press the button of returning to our website to generate the service confirmation.
You may also deposit in Oxxo in you are in Mexico. Bank transfers are accepted as well either from inside Mexico or international. For international wire transfers a 30usd additional fee per transaction applies.

For special events a deposit is requiered. The due balance must be paid at least 48 hours prior to the event's date or otherwise agreed.


All orders paid and confirmed may NOT be cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the delivery date/time. Same day delivery orders, if cancelled will entitle the buyer to NO REFUND. If the cancelations was made respecting these conditions, a refund will be processed via PAYPAL.
The deposit for special events is NOT REFUNDABLE.

Service policies:

The buyer is responsible for providing the correct and complete information to insure our service. may NOT guarantee a delivery and is not held responsible if the information provided by the buyer is incorrect or incomplete. If the recipient cannot be found at the indicated address, the delivery can be made to another person at the same address, that will sign as received. If there is no answer at tne indicated address, the flowers are returned to the shop. The recipient will be notified by phone that he may stop by our location to pick up the floral gift. If no one stops by the flower shop within 24-48 hours to pick up the floral gift, the order becomes overdue. There is NO REFUND in this case.


IMPORTANT: The floral arrangement may differ from those in the photographs as to color of the flowers. Number of flowers and size stays the same. If according to seasonal variations we do not have a specific flower type, this will be replaced with something similar.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The total price you see at the moment your order is paid for, is guaranteed.

How to inform of your payment in Oxxo or bank transfers?
