How to inform of your payment in Oxxo or bank transfers?
Please send us en email HERE with a copy of your payment slip, your name, the recipient's name and the desired delivery date.

Is it safe to buy online on floreriariviera.com?
In floreriariviera.com we never send sensitive details such as the credit card numbers in a way that is accesible to us or anyone else. Paypal processes your payment directly on their secure servers.
Floreriariviera.com does not share, rent or sell your personal information. You can rest assured the purchase is safe and you personal details too.

I only have a debit card. Can I use that?
Payments for our services are processed through Paypal, an easy and safe way to pay online. Paypal does accept debit cards if these hold the necessary funds to pay for the service requested. Please check your bank does not have restrictions for the online use of your card.If not clear, please check with your bank. We accept via Paypal - Visa, Mastercard and Amex.

How do I know my order went through?
Once the purchase process is completed you will be redirected to the "Thank you for your purchase page". At that moment your oder is sent to us, and additionally ou will receive a written confirmation on our behalf. If there are any missing details or unclear information we may contact you by email and/or phone.

How do I check the status of my order?
You may email us at info@floreriariviera.com or use the service code provided in the confirmation email to check the status online.An order will be shown as "Pending" and once delivered as "Delivered".

How about same day deliveries?
Yes, floreriariviera.com has same day deliveries in Riviera Maya if your purchase is registered early before 3pm Mo-Fr. On Saturdays purchase before 11am. Sundays - no deliveries for same day purchases. No same day deliveries for - Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.

What are the delivery fees?

Where do I specify special instructions?
You may add special instructions on the observations box on the purchase form. If you need to add special details after your order was placed, please reply to the confirmation message or email us directly at info@floreriariviera.com. Please do so as soon as possible, we CANNOT guarantee these details will be passed to the florist in due time.

Are your photos accurate?
Due to the nature of seasonal products, the flowers are not always available in all colors and variety. It is possible that the actual design elaborated by our florist be somewhat different from the one shown in the photos.

When will my gift be delivered?

We DO NOT guarantee a specific delivery time. The open schedule for delivery is 10am-8pm.

How do I know my order was delivered?
Floreriariviera.com guarantees all confirmed orders will be executed during the shop's open hours on the date indicated. If by any reason the service cannot be scheduled as requested we will get in touch with you. If you order is confirmed and you don't hear form us, it means everything went well and the flowers were delivered. If you checked and the flowers have not reached the recipient, please contact us immediatelly by email or phone. ONLINE ORDER STATUS IS UPDATED EVERY 24 HOURS.

What happens if the recipient is not home or does not live at the indicated address?
Our delivery personnel will attempt delivery at the indicated address once (possibly twice) and in case he fails, he will leave a notice with our contact details and address so the recipient can get in touch with us, after trying to contact by phone the recipient. If delivery was not possible and we cannot contact the recipient by phone within a 24 hours time window, we will let you know.
If the recipient does live at the indicated address but is not present at the time of delivery, we will leave the flowers with the person currently at the indicated address, who will sign the receipt of receival.
